The business originally operated under the name Mahad Manpower Limited, from Gallant Mall in Westlands, Nairobi, and now operates as Mahad Recruitment Limited, reflecting a broader range of local, overseas, professional and skilled-trade recruitment services.

During the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 period, Mahad supported major workforce mobilization from Kenya, including approximately 2,000 bus drivers, together with security personnel, hospitality workers and other workforce categories for Qatar 2022-related projects.

Approximately 2,000 bus drivers were recruited and mobilized from Kenya for Qatar 2022-related projects, the largest single category in this workforce mobilization.

Kenyan security personnel were recruited and mobilized alongside the driver group, supporting staffing needs for Qatar 2022-related projects during the tournament period.
Hospitality Workers
