These terms apply to your use of mahadrecruitment.ke, the Candidate Portal, the resume builder and our online forms, operated by Mahad Recruitment Limited (registration PVT-JZUAEQ3D). By using the site you agree to them.
2. Candidates
- Information and documents you submit must be truthful and your own. Falsified certificates or identity documents lead to disqualification.
- Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Creating an account or applying does not guarantee an interview, job offer, visa or deployment. Final hiring decisions rest with employers.
3. Employers
- Hiring requests must describe genuine vacancies you are authorised to fill, with accurate terms of employment.
- Submitting a request does not create a contract; engagement terms are agreed separately in writing.
4. Candidate fees and payments
Applying for a vacancy and being shortlisted by Mahad Recruitment Limited is free. Where an official recruitment, processing or agency service charge is applicable, it will be communicated transparently in advance and supported by the appropriate documentation. Candidates should never make unofficial, informal or unreceipted payments.
If anyone asks you for an unofficial payment in our name, report it to info@mahadrecruitment.ke.
5. Vacancy information
We work to keep vacancy details accurate, but they come from employers and may change or close without notice. Contact us to confirm details before making decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' data, upload malicious files or scrape the site in a way that affects its availability.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Applicant Privacy Notice.
8. Governing law
