Hire Qualified Kenyan Workers

We help contractors and companies in the Gulf and Kenya recruit screened, trade-tested workers and professionals, with documentation handled by a licensed agency.

Why employers work with us

Screened candidates, clear process

We handle sourcing, skills checks and documentation so you can focus on selecting the right people.

Our process

How overseas recruitment works

Five stages take each requirement from demand letter to deployment.

  1. STEP 01

    Demand letter review

We review the demand letter, salary, job terms and visa approvals before recruitment begins.

  2. STEP 02

    Sourcing & shortlisting

We search our candidate database and advertise the roles, then screen applicants against your requirements.

  3. STEP 03

    Trade testing & interviews

Shortlisted candidates complete practical tests and interviews, with results shared for your final selection.

  4. STEP 04

    Medicals & visas

Selected candidates complete GAMCA medicals, and we handle document attestation and visa processing.

  5. STEP 05

    Pre-departure & travel

Workers attend a pre-departure orientation on their contract, complete exit clearance and travel.
