How this service works
For technical roles, a CV alone does not show whether a candidate can do the job. We arrange practical, timed trade tests in Nairobi based on the tasks the employer specifies.
Results are recorded on score sheets, with photos or video where requested, so employers can make informed selection decisions before any candidate is deployed.
